"Fine car, unclear bill"
Car was fine. Bill was a little confusing. There was a small fee I missed when booking. Support explained it, so it was okay. Just wish it was clearer upfront

"Booking was surprisingly painless"
I booked a car on stxrentalcar.com and, shockingly, it was actually quick and easy. The dates, pickup location, and car options were all right there, without making me hunt around like some sites apparently think is fun.
The confirmation came through fast, and the price matched what I saw at checkout, which really shouldn’t feel like a bonus, but here we are. I appreciated not having to click through a million screens, so for now, so far so good. Hopefully pickup is just as smooth

I rented a car from stxrentalcar.com for around 3 or 4 days, and overall it was okay. Pickup was straightforward, maybe took 10 minutes or so, and nothing about the process was a big hassle.
The car itself was the main issue. It felt a little too low for some of the local roads, and on rougher patches it wasn’t very smooth. After about a day of driving around, it started to feel more annoying than I expected.
It did get us everywhere we needed to go, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad rental. I’d just be more careful next time and ask for something better suited to the roads. Not terrible, just not the best fit.

I rented for the weekend and the price was a lot lower than the other places I looked at. Pickup was easy and overall there wasn’t much hassle, which I appreciated. I do wish the instructions had been a little clearer upfront, but it was still a good deal and I’d use them again.

"Fuel policy was clear, no annoying surprises"
I booked through stxrentalcar.com i was glad the fuel policy wasn’t some confusing nonsense. Picked the car up with a full tank, returned it full, done. I didn’t have to chase anyone down or argue about random fuel charges later, which I was half expecting. The staff had it marked clearly on the paperwork too, so there wasn’t any back and forth. Simple, fair, and way less hassle than I thought it might be. I’d use them again.

I booked through Centerline Car Rentals because the price looked decent, maybe around a bit cheaper than the other options I was seeing. Pickup took about 10 minutes, the car was clean, and it drove fine the whole time, so no complaints there.

The annoying part was the final bill. There were a few extra fees added on that I either missed or didn’t see clearly during booking, probably buried somewhere in the small print. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but I wish they showed the real total upfront instead of making it feel like the price jumped by roughly another chunk at the end.

The car itself was totally fine and got me where I needed to go, which was mostly just a few errands and a weekend trip I’d been planning for a while. The only annoying part was the deposit refund. They told me it would come back by a certain time, but it ended up taking a few extra days. Not the end of the world, but I was checking my account more than I expected

The staff were professional enough and did their job, but I felt a bit rushed when I tried to ask questions. They weren’t rude or anything, just not very warm or patient. I left feeling like I didn’t really get the time or reassurance I was hoping for, which was a little disappointing.

Pickup took a little longer than I expected because they went over every scratch, but I actually appreciated it. They took photos while I was there, so everything felt clear from the start. Returning it was super easy too, and there were no random surprise charges, which was a nice win. Solid 4 stars from me.
